- The HPSC led a research and engagement project with Dunsky Energy + Climate consulting to explore Residential HVAC Workforce Certifications. The resulting “roadmap” can be read here. The HPSC is currently working on the follow-up actions outlined in the roadmap. If you’re interested in adding your voice to the discussion, contact us at info@homeperformance.ca.
- The HPSC is currently working on a workforce development research project. We will have more information to share this fall. In the meantime, if you’re looking to hire skilled labour and have exhausted traditional avenues, we encourage you to get in touch with the following programs which support skilled labour in the construction industry through immigration.
