Rebate Eligibility

The Home Performance Contractor Network (HPCN) is a separate, independent initiative from rebate programs. The HPSC does not manage rebate programs. If you have questions or feedback regarding rebate programs, contact the program administrator directly.

We work closely with rebate program administrators who point to the HPCN as part of their program requirements. Membership in the HPCN is a mandatory eligibility requirement for the following incentive and rebate programs:

Membership in the HPCN also provides eligibility for the following initiatives:

Eligibility Type

MHPCR – This designation permits licensed refrigeration technicians (HVACR), who are members of the Home Performance Contractor Network (HPCN) in good standing, to install air-to-air heat pumps only. Air-to-water or water/ground sourced options can not be installed under the MHPCR designation.

Questions?

Any rebate programs/initiatives that are not listed above do not require HPCN membership.

A reminder that membership in the HPCN is one pre-requisite for rebate/incentive program eligibility. It is the responsibility of the applicant (either yourself or your customer depending on the program) to confirm that any additional rebate program requirements are met. Contractors are encouraged to understand these requirements and help their customers to understand by directing them to the program websites linked above.
